Dragon Fruits

These dragon fruits were grown by my father

Imagine yourself eating this cold fruit during the hot weather. The taste of sweetness and the coldness of the fruit is un imaginable. 

Besides the freshly taste, there are many nutritions that we can get from this fruit such as:

1. It is rich in Vitamin C, the amount of Vitamin C in the dragon fruit is much more than we can get from the Vitamin C suppliments. Dragon fruits have iron, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2 and Vitamin B3.

2. Dragon Fruits also have nutritions that can stablize the sugar level in our body, we can avoid colon cancer, lessen our cholestrol level, lessen the fat in our body and can stop bleeding.

3. Research shown that dragon fruit that has red in colour is very good for our blood circulation system in our body. It is also good to lower the stress level and can neutralize the toxic in the blood.
